This weekend was just what the doctor ordered--we spent Saturday being incredibly lazy with our pal Keely, who joined in our "Let's watch The Princess Bride and eat pizza in our sweatpants" attitude without blinking an eye. We hid some Easter eggs around the backyard so Natalie could do a little practice-run at hunting for them, and then ate sushi and drank wine until bedtime. It felt so good.
Easter Sunday was equally low-key, just a bit more stylish. We were up and at 'em around 7am (thank-you, Natalie for sleeping in a bit), let Natalie tear around the house searching for her treats from the Easter Bunny, and then headed to my parents' house for a big ham dinner.

On the budgie: Dress & Sweater: Target // Shoes: Payless (at Natalie's insistence, she wore then from All Day Long yesterday) // Flower hair clip: one of the decorations from a birthday gift she got a couple of weeks ago--I don't think it's actually a hair bow, but is more like a clip from a craft store

ReplyDeleteYou two are adorable!!! I had a dream last night that we were in high school again, but Natalie was there, too! We were playing in the hall outside the band room. Totally random.

ReplyDeleteand about the tile, it was so much easier than i thought it would be. peppy watched a youtube video on how to install it, and that was all it took.
