Natalie and I took a walk to Harbor Park this afternoon, a big ol' patch of grass and picnic tables overlooking Rockland Harbor. We had the place to ourselves, for the most part, and Natalie was eager to test out her walking skills. It was too cute to see her taking her wobbly little steps all around the park.
Here are some pictures from our day:

While we were there, two different women with dogs stopped by briefly, and on both occasions miss Natalie pointed across the park and said "Daw! Daw! Daw-gi-ggy! Ruff!"
I nearly peed my pants.
Then, on the way home, when a big UPS truck drove by, Natalie said, "Whoa!"
And later, when she took a little tumble at our house, she said "Ow!"
All. In. One. Day.
I can't believe that we are really entering that stage in Natalie's life when new words are going to start pouring out. I cannot wait to hear what else she has to say.

What a precious girl! It's so amazing, they day they find their voice. Pretty soon she'll be asking you a million questions a day!
