I'll admit that I'm sad to say so long to Natalie's first year of life, but I am definitely fine with putting some distance between my body now and my body then.
Looking at pictures of me pregnant, it's hard to believe that was me! It was super cool being pregnant, but now it's hard for me to remember there was a time when I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes. And I had a nice little shelf to rest my hands on. That was me?!

you were beautiful and you are beautiful. i am ridiculously pregnant right now so i understand. but i keep myself in check every time i think "oh god...my body is so____" by simply connecting with the little one in my belly. feeling her move around right now makes it so worth the pounds. i look forward to the day i stare at her in disbelief that she is turning 1 like miss natalie :)
