steppin' out, after quite a hiatus

I know, I know.

It's been forever.

AGAIN.

I made Mike snap a couple of pictures of me last week to make sure I had something to put up for a Steppin' Out post so I would be able to link up with my favorite internet ladies at Harper's Happenings.  I do actually have lots more to share, and I'm hoping to get a handful of posts up over the remainder of this week.  I've been busy with the fun summer stuff (visits from the in-laws, road trips to my Grammy's, family portrait day in our backyard) and also lots of work prep (3 orientation/training days last week, and another 2 lined up for this week.... and then full-on school calendar begins in earnest on Monday.  Eek!).

Skirt:  Old Navy (a couple of years ago?)
Earrings:  gifted
& I wish you could see my sweet little yellow flats, but you'll just have to trust me that they are cute.  Got 'em at Macy's a little over a year ago.
