We had a nice little Saturday planned, for which I had all intentions to be entirely ponytail-and-sweatshirt. But I promptly spilled coffee all down the front of my sweatshirt and figured it was a sign that I needed to pretty myself up at least a little bit. So, ruffles it was. And more coffee.

The budgie is in a gifted Carter's top, Old Navy skirt & tights, and a gifted pair of JCP sneaks.
I have lots of pictures to share later of our trip inland, where we played at the August Children's Museum, shopped around at Target and iparty, and had some chain restaurant lunch. I picked up a sweet little nautical outfit for Natalie's birthday, as well as an Easter dress (oh, Target children's section, I just can't quit you), and a bunch of random randoms along the way. Our Saturday evening involved full-on toddler exhaustion followed by one of Thee Worst Nights of Sleep Ever.
